To be perfectly honest - when I first started blogging, I had no idea what the difference between essential oils and regular oils was. Now? Well, now, of course, I know the differences, however, do you?
Essential oils are some of the purest forms of oil and they are the most concentrated oils in the world. They actually have to be diluted by 'carrier' oils such as grape seed, apricot or almond oil.
The reason for this is that you will never be able to use straight essential oils on your skin - it will not work...
